I can help only licensed single user here. Any ideas on how I can get this app reinstalled? I tried to run the apps cleaners with no luck. If I click on TRIAL and click INSTALL, it does nothing and will not be installed. If I enter the serial number located on my Adobe account, it tells me that it is an incorrect serial number. I double-click on the installer and on the first screen, I'm invited to 'USE TRIAL GOLD SUBSCRIPTION' or 'I HAVE the SERIAL NUMBER. Uninstalled, rebooted and then tried to reinstall. I had problems with Adobe and decided to uninstall the application so that I can reinstall and I hope to have everything working properly. Impossible to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Professional DC
